Hômeggô finds recent sold listings nearby and ranks them by how comparable each one is to that specific home — similar beds, square footage, distance, and how recently it sold. The closest matches rise to the top, so you're looking at the sales that actually tell you something instead of scrolling a raw list.
You can sort by similarity, sold price, sale date, price per square foot, or distance — whatever matters most for the decision in front of you.

To be clear about what this is: it's context on recent sales, meant to inform your conversation with your agent. It is not a valuation or an estimate of any home's worth.
Every rating is explained
There's no black box. Each comparable shows exactly why it scored the way it did — how close it is on beds, size, distance, and sale date — with a plain Strong / Good / Fair label. Tap any comp to open its full listing. The score's only job is to order the comps by similarity; you decide which sales actually count.
Right where you're deciding
Sold Comps launches from a home's detail on your board — the same screen where you're already weighing the home, mapping your tours, and leaving notes for your household. Comps appear on an interactive map alongside the ranked list, and you can refresh them as new sales close nearby. No new tab, no separate site, no spreadsheet.
